Prices exposed
All the prices are with taxes and all kind of cost include, exept the shippment cost that will be charge separately.
Invoicing
Each order will be sent with the relative transport document that can be also used as document that help you to prove the validity of the warranty.
The customer can also ask for the invoice. Is important to ask for it right after the purchase. The invoice will replace in this case the transport receipt document.
Warranty and Assistance
All product in piusport.com are cover by the original Italian 2 years warranty for conformity defect pursuant to and in accordance with Article DL 24/02. Is important to understand that are not cover by warranty the defect from the wrong use of the items.
The warranty for the Home Fitness product sold from us finish when the product is used in pubblic structure or in gyms.
If you want to make use of the warranty of an item bought, you have to contact us by phone, fax or e-mail. If you have to make use of the warranty of an home fitness product is recommended to contact the made company that will send your problem to the closest customer service near you.

Recess Right
piusport.com offer to his customer the warranty "satisfy or your money back". if you wont be satisfy about the items received you can send it back to us. You will have the money back persuant to and in accordance with Article D.Lgs.n° 185/99. You can send us the item back in 10 days, from the day you receive the package.
To use this warranty you only have to send us an e-mail at servizioclienti@piusport.com or sent us a fax at 0434/72853. you have to do all this not pass 10 days since the day you received the item. Is important to give as information as name, lastname, adress, the item you are asking to send us back and the purchase date. For clarification, assistance or other information you can call our customers service at 0039-0434-780696.
To use the right to recess you can choose one of the following options:
* An 1 year validity Voucher Coupon with the money that you spended;
* Item substitution;
* Money Back: in this case give use your bank account information (IBAN CODE, and the HOLDER name) and we will give you the money back in 30 days maximum after the day we received the item. The money that we will charge are the shipment cost and the redelivery cost.
The package sended back must be undamaged and has to be sended in their original box with all his part (as user manuals, instructions, other pieces etc). All this has to be sended in a safe and well wrapped package. all this is necessary to be sure that the item in the package wont receive damage.
The shipment cost for the right to recess will be charged to the customer.
Attention, the product sended to our warehouse after the 10 days or without the requirement above explained wont be refund. The Items sended back will be controlled and examinated to understand if the product got tampered from something.
Return Product cover by warranty.
The shippment cost in this case will be charged to the customer. The shippment cost for the return of product with defects under warranty will be charged to our store piusport.com
ITEMS DELIVERY
Shipment cost
all shipment cost will be indicated in your cart when you fulfill your order. To send a package cost 8 euro to Italy, 13 euro to Europe, 15 euro to the United States and Canada, 60 euro to Central and South America, 60 euro to Japan, 85 euro to Asia.
Time and delivery formality
The delivery time is between 48 to 96 hours to international shipment in Europe. In the other Country we send in 7 business days. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not consided as a business days.
How to behave when you receive the package
At the delivery time, the UPS has to give you the package in perfect and verygood condition, as left from our warehouse.
All our package are easily detechable because packed with our personal piusport tape. Besides we also apply a personal sticker with the adressee information.
In case you have the doubt that the package has been broken or violate just sign conditionally on the delivery paper
If the package has been badly broken or badly violate and you can tell that the item in the inside has received damages, DO NOT ACCEPT IT and write on the delivery paper "Refuse because dammaged package "
Verify the number of the package on the delivery paper.
If you accepted conditionally the package or you refused it, contact us immediately.

Once the operation is done you will be sended back to our website and you will see the the number of your order.
we will immediately receive an E-mail from Paypal with your adress so we will be able to start with the shipment operation.
Money Transfer
Choosing with money transfer the merchandise will be sended only once received the ammount in our current account.

As Causal when you use money transfer you have to write down the order number, the name and the last name of the orderer.
In case you prefer money transfer you know that you have to wait between 3 and 5 days before we can receive your payment. To be faster is recommended to send to us the document that the bank give to you.
If by 7 days we dont receive the payment we will erase the order.
