To find an article, from the home page you can follow the following three steps:
* If you want to find exactly what you are looking for, use the textual research box, insert the world of the items you are looking for (es: air pegasus) and click on the search botton; the research is performed between all the worlds in the items and in their descriptions; if the research function wont find nothing, try using the singolar way of the world. If still any articles has be found, use the option to search the items by category in the menu on the left or contact our customer service at 0039 0434 780696 or write as an email at servizioclienti@piusport.com.
* If you want to see all the items of a specific brand, select the brand from the first menu and click "Search";
* If you want to choice by categories (running, volley, ecc...), select one of the categories on the left.
How can i improve my textual research ?
Is possible to make one research at a time. You can select a brand and from the brand you can research a specific items.
Is possible to search by cost, color etc?
No, the sistem automatically show the results presenting you the items by new arrivals.

How can i order a product from piusport.com?
To purchase an item is not necessary to be registred and is not necessary to give us your information before the purchase steps. Then found the article that you are looking for and once you decided the item, select your size and choice the order method that you prefer:
1. Click in ADD TO CART, you will visualize the list of the items selected, than, you can:
* continue your purchase clicking in the botton KEEP SHOPPING:
* delete product not wanted anymore clicking on REMOVE;
* Update the cart modifying the quantities wanted;
* End the purchase clicking on CHECKOUT.
Clicking on CHECKOUT you will be send to the shipping page.
After the checkout you have to fill up the page with all your information for the shipment.
Clicking on NEXT you will be transfer to the Method of Payment page. in this page you have to fill up the bill information (if different from the shipment information) and than select the method of payment prefered. You also have to leave us your email so we can send you automatically a confirm of your purchase.
Then Click on Control and Confirm, you will be sended on a page where you can control and correct possible errors. Once Click on Done you will send the information to ours employee who will proceed to send you the items as soon as possible.

When will i receive the items ordered?
The Items are picked and sended as soon that we see the order confirmation. The shipment is always proceed by UPS. The
shipment time indicated are 48/96 hours.
Do not consider sundays saturdays or holiday on the shipment time

The shipping cost are different, depends on where you live. Europe 20€ - USA 35€ - Central America and South America 60€ - Canada 60€. Other country: 85 €.
Is it possible set up the delivery time?
When you order an item from us we ask you the phone number. if you leave us you phone number, you can be call from the UPS just in case some problem can happen or you want to receive te package in a certain hours.
What do i have to do once received the item?
At the delivery time, the UPS has to give you the package in perfect and verygood condition, as left from our warehouse.
All our package are easily detechable because packed with our personal piusport tape. Besides we also apply a personal sticker with the adressee information.
In case you have the doubt that the package has been broken or violate just sign conditionally on the delivery paper
If the package has been badly broken or badly violate and you can tell that the item in the inside has received damages, DO NOT ACCEPT IT and write on the delivery paper "Refuse because dammaged package "
Verify the number of the package on the delivery paper.
If you accepted conditionally the package or you refused it, contact us immediately.
What happend in case nobody is at home in the delivery time?
The DHL will try to deliver you the package twice. If in both times you wont be able to receive the package, piusport will
contact you and will help you to get the package back again.
